Chris Coles is an Associate at Accel. His extensive operations and project management experience is a valuable asset to his real estate business. His professional experience involves business development, project management, and working knowledge of agricultural operations. His recognized skillsets are negotiating transactions, structuring sales, evaluating buy/sell alternatives, and analyzing equity opportunities for his clients.
Chris is in Idaho native, born and raised on a family farm outside of Nampa. He enjoys the state’s vast recreational opportunities, specifically hunting, fishing, and golf. He attended Boise State University where he majored in geology. After college Chris worked for and obtained his carpenter’s apprentice diploma from the International Brotherhood of Carpenters. From there he pursued a career in commercial construction, working from an entry-level role in the company to eventually hold the position of Vice President. He managed residential and commercial projects of all sizes – including schools, churches, hospitals, government facilities, and retail spaces. Under Chris’s direction his company was awarded numerous local, state, and national awards for both interior and exterior finish quality. Additionally, Chris managed ongoing business operations and developed expertise in coordinating all manner of construction operations. Concurrently, he continued to maintain an active role in the family’s agribusiness throughout the years where they have grown a wide variety of crops in all market conditions.
The cornerstone of his professional career has always been honest and fair communication, exemplary negotiation, and the highest of standards. Chris’s accumulated skill set allows him to help clients properly prepare their properties for sale with the highest return on investment, or find the most applicable property to purchase based on their needs and wants.
