Aaron Kwan is an Associate at Accel. After studying business at the University of Southern California, Aaron spent the next several years developing his sales and marketing skills in a variety of industries from wine and spirits to sports and entertainment. However, when running his own sales company, he eventually felt that he was in the wrong industry. He realized he loved the aspects of management that involved helping people succeed and mentoring them through difficult times, but less so the anxiety and pressure that came with the environment.
In a complete career turn, Aaron ultimately decided to begin coaching high school baseball, studying for a teaching credential and Masters degree, and starting a new chapter of his life dedicated to educating others. For the past three years, he’s been teaching high school English and coaching baseball, and moved to Meridian with his wife and dogs in the summer of 2019.
Since then, he’s been spending most afternoons driving around the Treasure Valley educating himself on various neighborhood locations, amenities, pricing, and desirability. With a self-proclaimed “random fact obsession,” Aaron is constantly soaking up as much knowledge as possible about the surrounding market in order to better educate his clients.
Currently a teacher and coach at Centennial High School in Boise, Aaron has already developed a strong bond with the community and it’s families, and feels blessed to have the opportunity to help them navigate the real estate market. As an educator, he’s developed a wide variety of strategies for communication, explanation, and clarification that he is confident will translate to a comfortable and informative buying or selling experience.
